G20 Maker offers a 30-day, no-questions-asked returns guarantee on most items—even if there’s nothing wrong with them.
How to Initiate a Return
- Log in to your G20 Maker account and go to Order History.
- Select the item you want to return and click Request Return.
- Pack the item in its original, unopened packaging, ensuring it’s unused and in resalable condition.
- Ship your package to the designated returns center using the provided label or address.
Refund & Exchange Options
- Orders over USD 200 will be refunded to your original payment method.
- Orders USD 200 or under will be credited to your G20 Maker account.
- Prefer an exchange? Let us know on your return request, and we’ll arrange it.
Exceptions
- Food items and certain jewelry cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
- Faulty or damaged products may be returned at any time under your consumer rights.
